We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel appreciated as guests. The hotel is located in a beautiful designed welcome area with colorful cushions on the outskirts of the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the hotel facilities, including the pools and gardens, were great. We also appreciated the convenience of parking and the transportation provided by the hotel, as it was only a 10-minute ride to the center of the city. The breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were always helpful.

This stunning hotel is located in a picturesque rural area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a luxurious stay. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience, even arranging transport to the center for shopping. The breakfast is delicious, with a wide selection of fresh options to choose from.

Wow! Our stay at Tigmiza Boutique Hotel & Spa was beyond amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with impeccable service and a warm welcome. The hotel grounds were absolutely stunning, with lush gardens and a serene atmosphere that made us feel like we had entered a true oasis. Our room was beautifully decorated with traditional Moroccan decor and the attention to detail was outstanding. The outdoor pools were a highlight, especially the one with heated water which made for a luxurious and relaxing experience. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a wide variety of options including Moroccan pancakes and made-to-order omelettes. We also had the half-board option and the three-course meals from the A la carte menu were absolutely splendid. The hotel even went above and beyond when I fell ill towards the end of our stay, arranging for a doctor to come and ensure I was okay. The staff throughout our stay were attentive and caring, always making sure we had everything we needed. I can't say enough positive things about our experience at Tigmiza Boutique Hotel & Spa. It truly was a memorable and luxurious escape.

Although the hotel is a bit far from the city center, they do offer a free shuttle bus twice a day which makes getting into town convenient. Additionally, the WiFi could be stronger in some areas of the hotel.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the fact that the hotel offered a free pick-up from the airport. It was such a convenient and hassle-free way to start my vacation. the breakfast spread was absolutely fantastic. There were plenty of options to choose from and the setting was beautiful. the hotel's location, although outside of the city, was actually a blessing in disguise. It offered a calm and quiet atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. I also enjoyed the complimentary shuttle service into the city, which was punctual and convenient.

The hotel is a luxurious escape that offers exclusive amenities to its guests. the staff was extremely attentive, going above and beyond to fulfill my needs. the Spa & wellness centre was a perfect haven for relaxation, with sauna, massage, Turkish bath, and beauty treatments. the outdoor swimming pool was perfect and surrounded by sun loungers in the garden area.

The only minor issue was the location, which required taking a taxi or shuttle to get to Marrakesh's downtown area. the hotel provided a free shuttle service twice a day, and taxis were always available for a reasonable price.
